MINIMAL FOAM Ltd. is executing the project

titled: “Minimal Foam – Intelligent and eco-friendly seats with unique Minimal Coat” 

subsidised by the European Regional Development Fund.

Project Objective:

The aim of the project is to create, develop and market introduction of seats, comfortable, healthy, durable, eco-friendly, and also including:

• Launch of product innovation on the market, based on materials, analysis, business models, MVPs, projects developed during incubation in the Eastern Business Accelerator Startup Platform;
• Product development, in preparation for larger-scale sales;
• Development of the furniture industry, as a continuation of the traditions and experience of skilled professionals in Eastern Poland;
• Stimulation of the local furniture-related industry (Elbląg city and surrounding areas), including the use of the experience of the scientific staff of technical universities;
• Creation of new jobs for graduates of technical schools and universities;
• Promotion of innovative technological thinking from Eastern Poland, expansion and sale of innovative products on domestic and international markets.

Planned outcome:

The most important outcome of the project – in the short term – will be the ability to offer an own product superior in quality to equivalent products of existing furniture companies, and in the long term – to move to a leadership position in the target market.

Planned effect: Introduction of an innovative product in the company’s offer – smart and eco-friendly seats with a unique Minimal Coat.
